FUNDED The City acquired over 70 acres of land in Southeast Franklin for a park that includes Robinson Lake, increasing park land in the City to a total of 825 acres.

UPGRADED Franklin Transit Authority upgraded its transit frequency and cut its wait time in half. New stops were added for increased ridership.
